I have been using them since 2006, before they moved to this location. They are good and professional. BUT get morning appointments because they take time with patients which causes afternoon and evening appointments to slide to the right, but 30min to 1 hour. Also they have had some turn over in doctors a few years ago, but they have had a stable group for the past 24-36 months. Locations are clean, service from the staff is professional and they have good secondary services like pharmacy and sleep clinics. Overall I would say they are best for adults even with complex medical issues.

Made an appointment & brought my daughter in for a sports physical. After waiting for 45 minutes I finally asked the receptionist (how much longer would it be to see the doctor?) The receptionist shrugged her shoulders as if to say "I don't know or care." I asked if she could check. I was told it would be another 15-20 minutes wait (with not much of an explanation or apology for such a long wait.) After waiting an additional 5 minutes I told the receptionist I was leaving & wanted my money back. All of sudden, I was told "the doctor was ready to see us now." After waiting for approximately 80 minutes we were seen. Dr. Shaw rushed in & spent a whopping 2 minutes in the room with us (most of the time was used filling out the necessary forms.) I had to rate this facility as I feel their practice is poor, inconsiderate & not worth Berkley's community residents time or money. If I could rate them a negative 1; I definitely would have. Worst experience ever!! I will NEVER EVER support this facility again.
