I paid $70 for a kids haloween cfor stone that fell apart after one use and needed to be repaired before we even made it to haloween. With these prices one would think customer service policies would be better then the targets of the world (who would no doubt have refunded immediately). Instead PBK offered me 10% off and insinuated I was being unreasonable for expecting more. If he quality is low and he customer service is low I will never pay their high prices again.

Fiancé went through today to get to another store just to get confronted by an associate to see if she needed any help finding anything. She stated she doesn't at this time she's just headed to another store. Associate asked that she didn't come through the store since it will throw off the store's numbers and the associates get dinged for it. To think that this store's associates would 1) tell a future customer this 2) treat a person like this, just blows my mind. Not only are we getting engaged and were going to register here but her side of the family has spent thousands here on their newborns and would've on their next baby that is a month away but knowing this is your company's focus, we'll pass. Furthermore, she was going to stop on the way out to find some items for the baby shower tomorrow. Poor experience from a place I would expect more from.

Store is ok, staff was friendly.  But there were racks and racks of LuLaRoe clothes EVERYWHERE.  I couldn't see the items I really wanted to see because the clothes were in the way, and I had problems navigating through the very narrow aisles, made narrow only because of clothes racks.  I won't be back to this location.  Felt like a garage sale.
