Helpful Staff!! Terrible product!!! Surface went bad within a week!  Hardware failure. Was so fed up, stopped using it and went back to my mac. Never will buy Microsoft Hardware again!! First time disappointed with Phone, now surface. Product looks great, but not reliable. Stick to software only Microsoft!!

You can make on line appointments for your device hard ware/ software checkup and repair service easily. Good customer service, knowledgeable personels.

I bought my Surface Pro recently from the Microsoft store in Vancouver, BC. Great service there, however, on my travels, dropped it, face down and basically destroyed the screen. I thought, there goes $2500! 
Dropped into the Palo Alto Store to find out what can be done, maybe buy a new one. 
All the people working there were very kind and helpful, but after I showed them the receipts of purchase of less than a month previously, and that I had in addition, paid for the 4 years service/repairs... then better things happened, the not only replaced the unit (at no cost), they helped me transfer all my applications and data. All with incredible service!
Thank you all at MS Palo Alto, you made m\Microsoft's name glow!

Helpful staff and a good selection of laptops and PCs. Especially like that all the computers are Signature Edition so you get a clean Windows experience without any bloatware like you normally find when buying elsewhere. Plus, you can make an appointment to come to the store for questions or support.

Polite staff, terrible product. I spent $2000 on a Surface Pro and returned it within 45 minutes because of severe backlight bleed, which is apparently a well known and widespread issue. According to the internet, that is. Really a shame, but I guess it's an iPad for me.
