Some of the best made outdoor products on earth. I have owned several Arc’teryx items and still do. The seams and stitches last forever and fabric is always super durable. I use these clothes for every day wear and also for backpacking.

From my own experience, assistants chatting with each other rather than initiate conversation with customer. I expect them to be more professional and offer suggestions to non-pro hiker like me, cause the brand is decent and quite costly, I want to make sure I buy whatever is indeed needed. None of such thing happened, very disappointed about Arc’teryx.

Excited that Arc'teryx FINALLY has a store here in california!! I came to line up with many others and was in line around 5:30am on Saturday morning. I made it towards the end of the first 50 giveaway and got a cool pack, pint glass, hat, and some stickers. Inside there were sewers from their Head Quarters showing and making products for people,pressed juice and Gore tex. I would give it a 4.5 star rating. Staff was friendly and helpful but definitely being mobbed. I worked in retail for 3 years so I knew they gave the best customer service they could, however the crowds made it bit tough to purchase things (it was their grand opening weekend though, so that's kind of what I expected). I'm looking forward to coming back.

Brand new store opened today. They had some giveaways and demos. However, one of the cashiers extremely rude. After asking her if they had any Medium shirts, she said told me to wait a second, and then proceeded to start new conversations with other customers. Definitely was brushed off, and didn't appreciate it. I'll stick to buying my Arc'teryx gear online or from another retailer like REI. REI definitely has better customer service.
