Great experience as always, our room was nice and clean. Front desk clerks were very helpful and I would like to say the breakfast host is amazing! I noticed the same gentleman as my last visit during the breakfast time setting everything up and ensuring all food was readily available. I am assuming he is responsible for everything involving the breakfast and I just want to say he does an awesome job! I looked forward to seeing him this visit and was glad to see him again, he is a great person; very friendly, upbeat, and helps to set your day off to a great start! All the food was delicious and the orange juice was very fresh and "real" orange juice. I had pancakes with the roller pancake maker, I thought that was a really cool thing. I will definitely be back again, and I look forward to seeing the breakfast host again as well. Definitely my favorite place to stay.

Great experience. Staff was good, room was very nice, had a fridge and microwave. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome. Best bang for your buck around!

Reasonably priced. Nice room and facilities. Pleasant staff. Hot breakfast. Good value for the dollar.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one week while on vacation visiting my parents. The staff were for the most part friendly and helpful, a few members of the cleaning crew were rude to us but it wasn't anything that ruined our day. Our room was very nice and clean, and they even upgraded our room for free since we had such an extended stay. My main complaint was that if we ever wanted to use the WiFi, we had to go downstairs to the lobby in order to access it. When we questioned the concierge about it, she explained that they were having issues with their provider, Spectrum, who were having difficulty fixing it after the most recent hurricane that hit the state. I suppose that's more of a complaint for the internet provider and less for the hotel however.

Very clean rooms. Floors were spotless. Very polite and friendly staff. Our host for breakfast really started our day off with a smile. He was such a blessing and asset to Microtel
