This place under Gary is going down, I called on Wednesday and made an appointment oil change for Saturday at 8:00 am which was confirmed, when I arrived I was told no you have to come afterwards or leave your car will call you when its ready. I went to Manike and got it done immediately.
Gary likes to force his sales pitch on seniors, I have witnessed him trying to force a senior lady to have her synthetic oil change, whereas the lady was saying that she had all time normal oil change for her car.
Will never go to Midas again

Gary uses cheap pressure tactics to force customers to get work done. Charges for changing transmission fluid are one a half times more than what Hamilton Honda charges. I'll never recommend this shop to anyone.

Amazing service, always talk to Gary.  He won't push unless the car is in bad shape.  Old school guy, his word is good.

This is the second time I bring my car to Midas. I brought my car in for an oil change the first time and they did a whole standardized check of the entire car which I was actually very pleased about; However, the guy at the front desk (I think his name was Gary) was beyond nasty! As a customer his customer service experience was ABOMINABLE! He embarrassed me In front of other customers, and made suggestions that if I "bought a BMW I should be able to afford the repairs" Honestly, I would've spent all the money on all the "repairs" I needed which came up to around $400 bucks. Instead, I took my car to the mechanic in hightstown, and ended up spending triple that amount (won't bore you with details) but.. I will NEVER use Midas, if you don't believe me, take a trip to the Midas in east Windsor and see for yourself!(ask for Gary)

Very unfortunate experience here. I lived in the area for 20 years and this place was great under the old management. This time, with an out of state car, they took advantage of my wife for $500. Shame on you guys.
