They are honest, let me know what I needed immediately and what could wait. I have a friend that's husband is a mechanic, he told me the exact same issues they said. He also said the price was fair they quoted me.

Be ready to spend more than 2 hours for just an oil change.
Its doesn't make any sens.

They lied about what was wrong with my car. If I would have never took my car to the dealership. I would have paid for something that didn't need to be done. So done trust them I don't even think they looked at my car to be honest.

I called a few tire and repair shops about replacing the wheel studs on my van. I had already bought the studs because I knew that most shops would have to order them in, and I found one auto parts store that had them in stock. Most places I called wouldn't do the repair, but of the ones that I could find, Midas was willing to do it for less than one-third the price of anyone else. Their staff was super courteous, and even though the job took much longer than the quoted labor time due to a stubborn wheel drum, they didn't even try to deviate from the quoted price. Mike and Jordan were fantastic. Definitely recommended.

Our 15 year old car broke a belt and was about to die close to Eastland Mall, and this was the closest place I could drive to, so I gave them a chance. The car ended up needed some major work (which I knew it would) and they did a great job of working with me to save some money and still get the car road-worthy again. They fixed what needed to be done and walked me through what they would suggest fixing in the future. Victor was great and went out of his way to fix it up right. I plan on going back.
