Terrible service. EVERY time I call, I am immediately transferred to an answering service where I can leave a message and have someone return my call when it's convenient for them. The greeting on the answering service obviously explains what is most important to them... Payments - first, sales-second, and then service-last. The greeting goes exactly like this... "Hello, you have reached the office of Jackie Weeber, State Farm Agent. We appreciate your call, it is important to us. Please press 1 to make a payment. Press 2 for sales. Press 3 for service. Thank you and have a great day." I'd rate this office "zero" if I could, but I have to give them at least a one star to submit this post.

Called this agency with a question and had to leave a message. They took over a day to get back to me and clearly didn't listen to the detailed message I had left because they just did a blanket call back. When I did finally reach someone, I spoke with Karen, and though they did not carry the type of coverage I am looking for, Karen seemed to go out of her way to be rude in answering my question.

Not very good at making the customer happy! Every time I wanted to make a policy change to downgrade they never followed through... told me it took at least a month to go through and then it never did. One person told me that they couldn't send me policy info by e-mail because corporate changed the policy and wouldn't allow them to do it anymore... and then another actually SENT it to me by e-mail the next day. They'll give you super fast service whenever you want to cancel your policy though! Months ago I spoke with Jackie herself to make a change to my policy and later found out that she upgraded me rather than downgraded. Can't remember the gentleman who USED to work there, but he was the only one I liked and now he is gone. Very misleading!

First time working with this insurance office. The representative was very patient and took the time to speak to me multiple times throughout the day while we sorted out exactly what the lender needed for home insurance. Got everything settled and to the lender in time for closing!
