Seriously the WORST medical facility I’ve ever been too. The office is a nightmare. They’re rude, unprofessional and ignorant. I repeated to them multiple times how I do not have an insurance card, just a social. That’s how my insurance gets filed, always been that way. After arguing for 20 minutes about it, they finally figure it out and don’t even apologize for being wrong. They SMACK their gum and speak illiterate. Do NOT go here. I’m changing my PCP immediately.

As a certified medical assistant I would never recommend this place to anyone. They do not tell you about a possible and ridiculous deductible you may have to pay upfront, and if not paid a 15$ processing fee will be tacked on. The guy at the front office is very slow and does not know much about anything. If you do not pay the processing fee after two times charged you are blocked from going to this facility. Their lab is ran like quick lab. No one knows what they are doing and they all just looked at each other playing a guessing game. When taken into the exam room one of their medical liquids was in a ketchup bottle!! A KETCHUP BOTTLE!! very run down dusty place. Wouldn't go there if i were you.

I've had nothing but excellent care and compassion from Dr. Mattei and his staff. They treat you with dignity and respect and take the time to listen to your problems and concerns. This is the best Dr. And staff I have been able to find in years. I thank them every day in my prayers!

Don't bother. I would highly recommend Dr. P. Brown at the Lexington location, but if you can help it skip this office. Front office staff is rude and your appointment time will never be honored. Today I watched a woman storm out after waiting an hour for her appointment and listening to the receptionist admit that they skipped her for someone else in the waiting room. Healthcare is a business and you still need to practice good customer service.
