I think they take on more patients than they can handle which is just bad. My wife has been waiting two weeks for a biopsy results and it's driving her crazy. The lab told us 2-3 days. We've both called and either have to leave a msg. or are told the doctor will call when he can. They should at least have the courtesy to call and tell her what the holdup is. Pretty sure she's firing them this time. Not the first time she's received poor service here.

LOVE DR. YOUSEFIAN BUT THAT FRONT DESK, JANE AND THE OFFICE MANAGER ARE SOME OF THE NASTIEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER COME IN CONTACT WITH. I HAVE BEEN IN THE MEDICAL FIELD FOR 10 YEARS AND I'D NEVER TREAT PATIENTS HOW THEY TREAT THEM. IT IS VERY UNFORTUNATE AFTER ALL THE COMPLAINTS... THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. DR YOUSEFIAN IS SUCH A GREAT GUY AND SO ARE HIS NURSES BUT TO GET PASSED THE FRONT DESK IS LIKE WALKING THRU FIRE TO GET WATER. I'M GOOD. I TOOK MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AND SO DID THE REST OF MY FAMILY!

I followed Dr. Yousefian from Providence NE Family Care to Woodhill Family Medicine because he is a GREAT physician. Physicians like him are very rare these days. He is caring, considerate, and treats his patient's like human beings...not numbers. The front office staff and checkout girl are a little rough around the edges, but I don't care because at the end of the day, it's the quality of the doctor who is treating you that matters the most.

Dr. Payam Yousefian is a wonderful doctor that works here. I have not been able to find a better doctor in the local area.
