Best medical care as far as I am concerned. The staff is well educated and seem to have a legitimate concern for their patients. The place is NOT a dump! The nurses are NOT sloppy. I am not on the staff.

This company just stole 172,5 danish kroners from me, even though í have never given my Credit info, nor acceotance of any bills, i don't live in the US, and I have never heard of them before. - matter has been resolved, they canceled the bill.

If you need surgery it seems they will do the impossible to get you in the operating room as soon as possible which is great. Once you've had your surgery they make you feel like you're on your own and don't much care about you afterwards.

Showed up to my appointment only to find out that my doctor wasn't there. Instead of calling to reschedule they had a CNM from a different location handle my appointment and she read my chart wrong. Called customer relations and never heard back from them. Will never visit a NYU Langone again. Very disappointed!!

Absolutely horrific experience. The hospital put relentless pressure on us to get my father in law discharged without providing diagnosis and any treatment plan, even though we requested it every day. They are not in business of treating patients. They only admit to get payment and kick them out as soon as they can.
