Anytime me and my wife have any issues with our a/c or plumbing Joe Cool Home Services always comes to the rescue! They are very professional and courteous which are very important attributes to have in business. My tech (Daniel) that comes out to service our a/c and plumbing is a phenomenal person and an expert in every facet of the a/c and plumbing field. He' s a straightforward guy that first of all assesses the issue and then informs you and explains to you in details what's wrong and how much it will cost to fix. I can continue to rant and rave about Daniel and Joe Cool, but ill just let you consumer's find out for yourself. Give Joe Cool a try trust me you won't regret it.

My hot water heater recently gave out and the service provider that my home warranty company sent out was trying to pull one over on me the moment I said I wanted to upgrade from a 40 gallon electric to a 50 gallon electric hybrid water heater. I called Joe Cool Home Services and was advised that their plumber would try to give me a call in between his appointments. In less than an hour I received a call from their plumber Daniel who was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to listen to exactly what I needed done and even provided some feedback/suggestions, while being respectful of the research I had done. He then provided me with a quote range, which I believe to be fair, and let me know that although he had a full schedule this week he would do his best to accommodate me if I decide to move forward with him. After speaking with Daniel I cancelled another appointment I had for a quote because based on my conversation with him, I knew he will be fair with me and not try to take advantage once I get the green light from my home warranty company. If the customer service is any indication of the quality of work that they perform, I know I will be in good hands.

Had a pipe break at the water heater at 7:30 in the morning. A little over an hour later the service tech, Dan, arrived at the residence and fixed the break. Very impressed with the professionalism and how quick he was able to repair the leak. We have used Joe cool several times in the past at both residences for AC and plumbing maintenance. They always provided excellent service!

We just wanted to share how pleased we were with our recent experience with Joe Cool. We have been using their services for many years and just had our duct work cleaned and an Air Knight installed. Shane and Mark die a great job and were very through in performing their task and also cleaning up after completion. We hope that the Air Knight performs just a Eugene promised. Thanks to the Joe Cool Team for a nice job.

I highly recommend this company! The service tech Daniel was honestly great, very knowledgeable. He answered questions I had and then gave me info I didn’t even think to ask. He replaced the garbage disposal and faucet in the kitchen, cleaned up all the mess and didn’t take all day doing it. Very polite and friendly. Thanks Joe Cool!
