We loaned a hospital bed from them and we purchased our own wheelchair for my father. When he passed the company driver came and took both the bed (left a mess on the floor) and his wheelchair.  I called the company the next day and told them a man took his wheelchair which was not theirs to take. They told me that their equipment has stickers on them and the driver must have just grabbed it without looking. After 2 days they found his wheelchair in the warehouse, a driver brought it back without so much as an apology. This shouldn't have happened and I was already grieving. As a daughter who just lost her father the company could have showed some compassion.

Nice people and very helpful. They always have what we need or get it asap.

they are very experienced and helpful ... I can't ever get an appointment ... the hours are very limited and since I have only one morning a week to have time to get an appointment for my CPAP which I need to be using and can't ... this is the second week and last day I am willing to wait
