This is a review of their indoor dog park they host during the winter. 

At their Baltimore location, kids (age 1-12) were crawling on the ground, running at and hugging strange dogs, yelling, grabbing toys out of strange dog's mouths, and running from dogs (several kids appeared very frightened of dogs). Not all dogs are well socialized to kids and that's not reasonable to expect at an event for dogs.

Employees did nothing to mitigate the HUGE bite risk this was creating.

There were a large number of dogs and families. So many that dogs didn't do much but run around stressed and any dogs that tried playing would knock into several people. 

People brought in coffee and left their cups on the ground. 

It was a very frigid day so I was glad for the opportunity to allow my dog more space than my apartment but there are many things that could and need to be improved.

Improvements:
Prohibit food and drink
Have an age limit.
Cap the number of people allowed.
Have employees monitor human behavior as well as dogs and step in when children or adults have bad dog etiquette (grabbing toys from strange dogs, running or yelling, hugging strange dogs)

Have done dog training and continue to do doggy daycare here- love the convenience, the way they operate, and the staff. 

Both of my dogs come home and immediately conk out every time after daycare. They have webcams to check in on during the day which is an added bonus.

Training was about teaching me as an owner on how to train my dog- which made the experience very enjoyable for my dog and myself. 

Toy, food, merchandise selection is all top notch. Keep up the good work.

My beagle and I visited the Stone Mountain Blaine (Baltimore) location indoor park yesterday. There were wayyyyy too many dogs in the space allotted for the playground. I asked a worker what the maximum capacity for dogs was and was told 100! Besides the high number of dogs, there were a lot of children. I have absolutely nothing against kids, but they were running around, playing on the dog equipment and grabbing tennis balls out of dogs mouths (that weren’t theirs). One excited Lab jumped on a kid who then started bawling because he was scared. Sure, it was a good way to get some of the winter crazies out for my pup, but I wanted to give a heads up to anyone thinking about going. It can be very hectic so I would advise keeping a eye on your dog the entire time.

Very fun for our dog, nice area for them to go outside and potty. There was a unfortunate dog interaction but the staff handled it appropriately and calmly. I know my dog and I know he does not mind large crowds of dogs and humans. If large crowds will stress your dog, I wouldn’t suggest this site because its not huge.

I love taking my dog here because he knows he's in good hands and he really likes his hairdresser. If you ever need a good nail clippers and a dogs haircut go here it's worth it. Ask for Kristy
