Our pup got kennel cough while there. No employee said anything about it. Also had 2 extra bags of food returned despite ensuring I gave them the exact amount needed. Employees just said she was great to have....hard to trust them.

Much cheaper than places in the cities. They have a lot extra add-ons though. Dog socialization was the weirdest one to me. If you don't pay for it your dog just sits in the pin the whole time. Besides bathroom breaks and such.

Always receive wonderful service. They pre check you in over the phone so drop offs are quick. Our dog is always excited to visit.

Staff is incredibly friendly and patient with every animal that comes through the door. We know our dog is well cared for while she is there for doggy daycare or an overnight stay.

Stone Mountain is the Ritz Carlton for pets! The customer service is that good! Not only for daycare/overnight lodging, but also for grooming and a simple stop to pick up dog food! I'm always greeted with a friendly Hello and my dog is treated like one of their own. It's not common to find customer service like this anymore. I'm very pleased to have found a home away from home for my dog!
