Saw an ad in the paper and called to see if Bromson could do a tile job. Can over and seemed like an awesome guy, acting like a friend. He started the job then asked for $900 dollars to continue. This is after he worked for about three hours. Most of his time was socializing with me and a friend, while drinking beers. Then, he came up with all kinds of excuses why he couldn't finish. First he was going to help me pick up more tiles, then the had a heart attack, then he just disappeared for weeks, then he was coming over, but never showed. About seven months later he calls to see when he can finish the job. I tell him the job has already been completed by another contractor and he says he will pick up his tile saw. So I say, "what about the $900 I gave you for a percentage of the job (a contractor did do the entire job for that same amount) and he asks me "what kind of person would ask me for money when My son was in the hospital with a brain tumor for 5 months?" Really?  I told him he could pick up his saw if he returned half the money to me. I mean what other leverage do I have. So he called the police who forced me to come on the property and take his saw back. I don't even think the cop had a legal ground to do what he did. So, do not ever call this guy, stay far away. He is dishonest and lies through his teeth. I got suckered, so you don't have to.
