There is a reason they brag that Mike Erdman is Toyota. This place is worth the drive. Jim Mattingly is more than a salesman. Not only did he make sure I got the best deal, but he has stayed with me since making sure that all my current needs with the vehicle are being met - even down to finding and replacing documents I lost. Everyone in the service department is a gem.  I'm part of the Toyota Care program so even my oil changes are under warranty so I have met quite a few of them.  After experiencing this kind of customer service I will never go anywhere else.

I'm now on my fourth Tacoma from Mike Erdman and the experience is the same top notch and speedy experience every time. Salesman Jason Dean knows how to match you up with the car of your dreams while fitting well within your budget and has you out the door in under an hour. General Manager Mike Farrell runs a tight ship and makes sure that this dealership isn't like any of the other local competitors. There is no pressure and no sneaky sales tactics. The feeling you get walking into this dealership is a night and day difference between Toyota of Melbourne or Toyota of Orlando. 

Save your time and your money, go to Mike Erdman first!

The customer service was really great. Came by for my free oil change...though i did not have an appointment it took well over 2 hours and they gave me a "complimentary" car wash. It was great until the wash. 
Came back to a big ol scratch on my car next to a little one. Hardly even looked clean; water spots, tree sap still on my car (would of been great to come back to a nicely washed car). They vacuumed my car out which i was so so happy for....took out a flower i had in my car but didn't clean out the crumbs of what was left???! Took my free oil sticker off but left the sticky residue and after spraying my car didn't wipe off my rear view mirror. I was happy with my free oil change, it was definitely a mistake to wait another 40 minutes in the worst car wash of my life. ): pretty sad considering they detail cars on a daily basis. But the people were very nice.

My last transaction with Mike Erdman Toyota was my second vehicle purchase. Both purchases went smoothly. I would recommend Mike Erdman Toyota to any of my friends.

I took my  Rav4 In for an oil change. I had an appointment  but was told they were extremely busy and it would take at least an hour. After waiting a service person came out and told me they had  stripped the oil when they took the plug  Out.  I had to get a new oil pan which I was charged $187 for when I could have gotten it for between $50-$100 for at a pats dealer.  Then I was charged 3 hours labor to have them replace the pan.  This task consists of taking out 17 bolts and replacing the pan.  I could've done this in half the time they charged. I realize I was a woman and by myself I'm so of course I was taken advantage of. I will never take my Rav4 To any Toyota dealership again. One of the worst experiences I've had.
