I went into Fuccillo Kia a year ago to finally buy a new car, since my previous car was having too many issues and I would have had to spend more money on it than what it was worth. I had no credit at the time, so I didn't feel that I would be able to get a good deal on a car. To my surprise, I walked out with a 2016 KIA SOUL, and it has been a very good car for me. It also helped me establish credit, since I'm never late on my payments. My Sales lady, Marcella, was great! She really worked with me and I could tell that she really wanted me to have that car. I only have great things to say about the staff, including Mr. Fuccillo. They also had great perks for a purchase of your car. I received a free 58 inch flat screen television, which was an added plus!
I was sad to see that recently it looks like Fuccillo is no longer there and it is owned by someone else. Hopefully the new owner is just as great.

Christina Latimer is a awesome member of your team. She needs to recognized for the way she treats potential customers. She also is very pleasant and knowledgeable about the product and explains the difference between Kia and the competitive vehicles. She makes you feel that Kia is the way to go ........ Called the Parts department for a Kia Soul Cabin Filter and was in stock.  Went to the dealership to pick up the filter.  Bought the filter, but there were no instructions on how to simply install as I knew it was in the glove compartment.  Then the service writer on a saturday, 11/18/17 at 2:00pm,  jumped out of his seat and installed the filter, no charge.  This is the kind of dealerships KIA should be proud of serving its customers.  This guy should be praised for his assistance and congeniality.

I lease my KIA Optima from this dealership. The service department can sometimes be disorganized. I called today to let them know I was picking up parts to my lock and to let the guy that knows the situation be aware so he can have them ready. I drive 30 minutes and my parts weren’t at the store. The purpose of me calling was to let them know I was coming and to have them ready! They did refer me to an awesome locksmith though.

Nice guys overall. I'm in the car industry too so they were very easy to deal with. Having no money down (because of vehicle accident totaling prior vehicle), was no issue. Kia Finance was competitive with 0%. Didn't get to see the service department, and have had some constructive feedback regarding follow-up communications, but that wouldn't stop me from recommending going there. Decent prices and good product are always a good mix.
