I just moved to Florida and this is my first car repair since moving to the area. I had a check engine light come on with my Jeep Wrangler. I called Boniface to set up an appointment and they got me in right away. Dropping off the car was very fast with the service department and they even provided shuttle service back to my house and picked me up to drive me back when it was finished. Bob the shuttle driver is a super nice guy and very easy to talk to and hold a conversation. Very nice instead of sitting in an  awkward silence. Everyone was nice to deal with from the service writer, shuttle driver and even the cashier. I will be coming back for future service.

Great service as always. I've been coming to this service center for about 10 years. Their hospitality and service is always on point. They are always mindful of your time spent there when waiting on your vehicle. If you do feel like you've been forgotten about, its never a problem to check on the status on your vehicle at the service desk. Pretty much every employee that passes says hello or at least acknowledges you. I really like the upgrade to the customer waiting area. It's much more comfortable now and even more professional looking. I often find myself chatting with another customer to pass the time. If you don't want to wait, they have a free shuttle. Just ask.

Your sales person was very knowledgeable about the 3 vehicles that I 
looked at. He was very polite and he listened carefully to make sure that he understood my needs (or desires).  I did not feel any pressure in an effort to make me decide to make a purchase.

I’ve been taking my vehicles to Boniface Hiers Chrysler for years now, mostly because they were close to where I lived.  Well this is the last time as I always have problems.  Having an extended warranty on my 2014 Ram 3500, with a $100 deductible I end up being charged almost $225, including $30 for “misc shop supplies” which must be a fleecing for Boniface customers as extended warranties apparently don’t cover that or tax.  I’ve used this warranty before and paid $100 deductible and that was it.  The other charges included a $54 inspection where they didn’t find anything other than supposedly my new tires need replaced.  When I asked Ross the service advisor “what could have damaged the tires?”  Ross told me that tires on a 2014 Ram 3500 dually only last 15,000 miles which I know to be false but the tires only have a few thousand miles on them regardless.  Since they are new tires with a tire warranty I was going to try and resolve it with them but Ross only offered to sell me some new ones.  This wouldn’t be such a big deal except last time I was there he charged me 2 hours labor for remove 2 bolts from the grille guard to replace a headlight under factory warranty.  Every time I go in for work I go to the cashier and there are charges I never agreed to and/or are bogus.  They seem to know very little about diesel trucks as well as the last time I had the tires rotated they flipped my Alcoa rims inside out on the unfinished side.  It’s fairly well known that when rotating dually tires they have to be remounted and the rims stay in the same position.  Needless to say I will be finding another shop to go to after several disappointing service appointments at Boniface Hiers Chrysler Dodge Ram!

I have owned my '11 Charger since 2012.  I was not comfortable with that dealerships pressure and attitude and have since exclusively dealt with 
Craig.  I find him knowledgeable and attentive to my concerns and appropriate vehicle care.  I have been completely satisfied with the complete service for LOFs.  Their warranty work, recalls and repair work  have never led me to question  quality.
