I have called this place 9 times from 10 am to 12:15pm and have gotten no answer. That's just bad business if you ask me.

Had to replace tire tubes. They were very knowledgeable, reasonable, and quick. Oh, they're friendly too.

Mike's Bikes is a first rate bicycle repair shop.  I have worked with Mike's Bike folks for five years (especially Ian) to rebuild four 70's classic bikes.  The results of their efforts have been truly awesome.  I have recommended many folks to Mikes & I have never heard a negative response to their work.  I've noticed that there are a few negative evaluations of Mike's.  I think with respect to these evaluations one has to ask what was the problem & what were the realistic options.  In my experience Mike's personnel were always thorough in outlining problems, solutions & cost.  I have not dealt with other bike shops in the Charleston area, but my experience teaches me that Mike's Bikes is a first rate bicycle & repair shop.

Dave is the man, patiently and knowledgfully answered all of my beginner questions and hooked me up with an awesome new bike. This is a great local shop!

Knowledge. Fixed bike  installing new inner-tube. But at the same time tightened loose bolts, applied lubricate and gave advice.  All in 15 min.
