Had the pleasure of meeting Todd the other night shortly before closing. He got my old stump jumper up and running in no time and his experience and advice was very helpful. Completely the experience you would love to have. I will recommend them and won’t go any place else. Thanks for getting my son and I to enjoy our next adventure!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I took an older bike there that I wanted to tune it up for sale. Not knowing the value, I asked if they could advise an appropriate price. David knew what I had and gave me a much higher value than expected. He saved me a lot of money. Thanks for the advice and quick turnaround. By the way, they package bikes for shipping which was another concern I had.

My Cannondale IQ200 Computer's spoke magnet frame dis-integrated.  Of course, Cannondale had no magnets available (convenient), but to their credit, they did respond to my request for help that any magnet, properly positioned would run the computer.
Not only did The Bicycle Shoppe confirm this, but, they supplied a used spoke magnet at no charge.  You just can't but thank a shop for helping a cyclist in that manner.
When a shop helps a person like that, they make a very big statement to the cycling community.

I've owned a lot of mountain bikes, and worked with a lot of shops over the years, and Tod at the Bicycle Shoppe in Mount Pleasant is the best mechanic I've ever worked with. His attention to detail and genuine concern for the outcome of the fix, is better than I've ever encountered. Keep up the good work and thanks.
