Currently, the only car wash in town that allows you to hand wash your car. That's their one selling point. I have frequently been there and stalls would be out of soap, or pressure very low. Would rate them higher if they had a more dependable Quality Car Wash.

The attendant lied about the services.  There was no soap in the brush or the nozzle. i demonstrated to the attendant.  He said that's the way it has always been for years and he cannot do anything about it--it's a thin mixture!!?? BS.  what a  LIAR!  I used this place one time prior. How convenient that he was going to lunch that day (31 Jan 2017) and could not do anything about the situation.  No refund.  Oh, several buttons were in-operable as well.  I can't wait for the new Brown Bear service on 305 to open shortly.

RUDEST STAFF!!  Machines work ok, but lot is a muddy, pothole mess.  So once "clean", you puddle hop to get out.  Auto wash near Wal-Mart and Brown Bear on Hostmark are better options!!

Just moved to the area and was surprised by the lack of car washes so I looked online and saw all these bad reviews so I held off.   Then asked a few people and they said they never had problems at Mike's so I went there.  My truck was filthy so I used the self-wash to get the outer layer of dirt off because the small machines like at Mike's aren't capable of that. The attendant wasn't friendly, but he wasn't rude either (just like many people here).  There is a sign up saying no engine, truck bed or heavy mud washes which is typical of these places.  The vacuum was in great working order (better than most back home).    The brush put out a lot of soap and worked great, but the regular spray washer didn't put out soap even when soap was selected.   The rinse was fine.   It got the job done as expected and no cops were called.

My wife just had her car washed here and came out with a crack all the way down the center of the windshield.  Now this most likely started with a small chip prior to entering the car wash, so I am not blaming Mike's machines for damaging the car.  However when she talked through it with Mike, he was extremely rude and unprofessional.  When she asked for her money back he said "not happening!", and told her he would call the cops if she didn't get off his property while she called our insurance company.  A few minutes later he brings her back her $10 check, holds it out in front of her face, rips it in half, then tosses the debris in her direction.  Unbelievable.  There was plenty of other rude exchanges, but judging by the previous reviews for this place it isn't worth me typing out.  We obviously will not be giving him anymore business.
