My husband and I took our Lexus in to get washed. We figured to come here since we haven't been and it was close to home. We got the 16 dollar wash along with carnauba. 
As we went through they gave everyone the same wash. Nothing changed so for starters I believe we got taken on 4 dollars. That's not even the worst part. We heard a loud thump to the passenger side back fender wheel. So when we got home we noticed 2 chips out of the paint just about the back tire. Along the front on the hood there were 2 very long and noticeable scrapes all the way through the paint job to see white. Along with that it was still dirty. I would post pictures but I don't even think they would accept them on here. 
I did try to call and told the young lady that I needed to speak to a manager. Told her what happened and all she did was offer to give us a free car wash. Why would I want a free car wash if it scratched my car in the first place? I told her I needed a manager, she said give me a moment and put me on hold. Next thing I know the line hung up and when I called back it was busy. I won't be going back.

Price is good, different place with glass walls. Its fun. Can't tell if it's scratching my paint or not, I think it might be but it's hard to prove.

Does a good job. Noticed lately the dryers aren't drying as well. Maybe just colder out? I always bring a towel anyway. 😉
