Alright, obvious no google review is going to be truly neutral, and this one certainly isn't. 

Overpriced, rushed, and ended up causing more work than I would have spent cleaning the car myself. Left dirt marks in the car rather than making the interior more clean. Whatever product they use left a white residue on my seats that was difficult to get out. I ended up having to clean up after them, rather than the other way around. They did vacuum under the drivers/passengers seats but not in the rest of the car. There is a scratch on the left rear passenger door that was not there when I pulled in. 

Overall, I really regret taking my car here rather than waiting for an appointment or paying more at a higher rated/more professional place.

They used to do a pretty good job. If you need your car washed and vacuumed in a pinch and don't want to do it, go here. Don't expect much for your $20-30. I repeatedly point out things they miss and it just doesn't matter. I'd spend more time cleaning the things they miss than just washing it myself.

Absolutely love taking my car here. My car always  is perfect when I leave. The little store inside is so cute and they give the kiddos a free little toy that they can pick themselves.

Excellent service, high quality car wash, just don't forget cash for a tip, the ATM inside charges a fee.

Good service on the car... but I was charged TWICE!  I called to have one of the charges removed, and Janice, the manager, said, "that shouldn't happen.  It would take me too long to go through receipts, just dispute the charge with your credit card company."  Not taking responsibility like this... and pushing it off to the credit card company is one reason our fees are so high.
