Took both of my vehicles the same day. Got the Ultimate Wash for both. Came out dirty they sent both cars back a second time still came out dirty. They also left scratch marks on both vehicles. They are brand new cars. Very upset with them.

Just left and my car is still dirty. Soap residue all over it, bird poop and other dirt.  Got the wheel bright and clear coat too, but you sure can't tell. Paid $14 for a carwash and my car isn't even clean. CRAZY!!!! Only gave a 2 because their employees are friendly.

Garbage, not worth the price in any way. My car came out still dirty, as in birb poop still on it, everywhere on the car is just smeary looking. Not remotely clean after going through. Didn’t cheap out for a basic wash, and wasn’t excessively dirty; just typical winter dirt and salt, plus some poop from geese that hang around our office building.

Extremely disappointed. Needed to get washed up for a short-notice trade in but other places were packed. Won’t ever bother with this place again, as I now have to go out to some other place and hope I can get it washed better.

Waste of money. Only positive was that I could get in quickly, but now I see why.

First time visiting and I will definitely be back. My car came out very clean and shiny. No scratches. Quick and easy and I love the undercarriage wash and extra blow dryers!

Can be very busy, so plan for a wait. They seem to speed up the washers when there is a line so car does not get as clean as other days when they are slow. Plan accordingly and you will have a clean car. Monthly pass is nice as long as you use it.
