I come here all the time and out of all the Russell Speeders i've been to, this is the best. Very nice employees especially Johnathon. He was very very enthusiastic and very kind. Highly recommend and I will be back soon :).

The place was almost empty. Paid almost 30 bucks for inside and out cleaning of my car. Have to tell them where and how to vaccum. Glass was dirty, didn't shine the tires. I just drove off kind of disappointed. It used to be a good place to clean your car

Broke the rear wiper blade assembly, and tried to blame me. Had to have my mechanic call the mgr. to straighten it out, which is out of line. Waiting to see if they'll make good on their promise to get the parts, quickly as there are several storms coming in and I need the rear wiper. I'll keep you posted. I emailed the owner and my car is being repaired, at their expense. However, Matt never apologized and via phone, this morning continued to be incredibly rude. This establishment has permanently lost my business for the above stated reasons.

Legit, quality customer service. My car was egged so I came to Russell's, explained to the kind gentleman who came out that I wanted the egg removed. He guaranteed me that the wash would be to my satisfaction and delivered on that. I went through twice to get it completely off the car. Great place, please patronize since most car washes are devoid of any personal touch service/quality customer interaction. As long as I live in Fairfield, I will get my vehicle washed here. Great price and service, employees made sure I left happy.
