Easy interchange with sales person

I had a problem with my my ice maker. I stopped in at Mikes May Tag and told him what was happening and he diagnosed the the problem on the spot. I bought the part, installed in and it works great. I highly recommend Mikes Maytag. Thanks again

Today we had a new refrigerator delivered, which ended up not working upon its inital installation. Mike came to my house to troubleshoot it, but I had to go back to work. He offered to close up and let my dog out of his crate so he could roam the house for the afternoon. Mike just called to let me know it was all fixed and working, and that he had put all of the groceries that were in bags on the floor, into the new refrigerator! He even asked me if Roscoe, my dog, was a rescue pup. You don't find service like that anymore. I was really impressed.
