Parking lot access is only fair. Store aisles are crowded making it hard to pass others with carts. Prices are decent. There’s a Subway inside. No shoes here. Photo kiosks are a bit chaotic, either busy or no usb cables. Packaged and frozen foods only, no produce or fresh deli.

I'm writing to commend and congratulate the Asst. Store Manager Mike for his prompt assistance and great customer service! I had a problem with my service warranty due to a charge error but before that he was able to trace back my receipt which was almost a year back.
His attentiveness impressed me and he was able to fix my warranty issue no problem. 
Guys like Mike stand apart from the rest of the employees...and will make this Walmart branch a better place to shop in!
More power to you Mike! Thank you!

There is a short kinda heavy set woman that stands at the exit at the Pittsfield ma walmart and she only stops and check receipts of African American men and sometimes woman if they don't have kids with them. I've seen her stop African Americans and let white ppl walk out with tvs and her not stop them I've stood and watch her do this for about 15 20 min and 1 man spoken up when he noticed and she told him it's because his case of soda wasn't in a bag but like I said she Let's white ppl walk out with tvs and other items not in bags , it's disgusting that walmart has a racist working and they have lost my business and I'm. Not even African American

This is the only walmart we have in pittsfield.  I worked there once upon a time. The place is cool I suppose.
