Very good place for some snacks and sweets. Good for party orders, where they make fresh snacks and sweets on order. Really busy on Indian festival seasons. The sizzlers here are very delicious too.parking is limited. Just besides CA 237 and 2 miles from I 680 and 1 mile from I 880

Customer service has gone poor. They packed only the breads without sauce in the to go order. After reaching home, found there was no sauce; when called to check they were not apologetic and instead of talking in English they started talking in their own language, which I cannot understand. They think their language is the official language in America.

Next day when I checked the receipt there was a unknown charge  for $3. What a clever idea; no one will waste time and gas to drive all the way to get the small amount back, so that small amount is for them - profit without work.

Food is not good at all. It is not fresh and authentic. Can't say about sweets. But their dosa and so called popular sizzler is waste of money. We had hard stomach after we had snacks. The samosa was also not fresh. Full of oil. Highly not recommend. Goto a better place.

Service is so bad. They not even cleaning the tables. Few food items are good. But they should improve the service.

It can be hit or miss but most times it works out fine.  Love the snacks.  I think they can improve on the Thali.  Net net food is good.
