I was hesitant to use Miles Plumbing because of the reviews on here but we had a blown hot water tank and no one else seemed to be able to help me with a same day job. Well I’m really glad I ignored the bad reviews on here because when I called the Lady on the phone was very polite and informed me she could have someone over in a couple hours. She then called me back to let me know that they had one of their guys going to grab the hot water tank and that they would be right over. I had placed this call at 8am and the plumber showed up just after 9am. The gentleman was very quick and efficient and was in and out in about an hour. I highly recommend them.

I have used Miles Plumbing a few times in the past with great success.  They used to have a plumber named Bill that worked hard and resolved my issues.  I live in an older house. My last two experiences have been disappointing.  The plumber they sent over is nothing short of lazy.  Tried to talk me out of having the work done because it involved effort. The incident that prompted this review was a call to their 24/7 emergency plumbing service.  Same lazy plumber. Didn't want to come over at 8 pm.  "There's nothing I can do tonight. My advice. Stop using your water."  So much for 24/7 service. Don't advertise something you're not prepared to do.

MIles  Plumbing is  without a doubt the best of the best of the best. We are repeat customers and just had another amazing experience. Called this morning for a plumber and the job was done by 9:30 am. Just doesn't get any better and the price was fantastic !!!!!  Don't bother calling anyone else

Miles Plumbing Services LTD failed to provide camera inspection of the perimeter drainage system that they were hired to do prior to my property purchase. The technician, Steve Pickford from Miles Plumbing claimed he had completed the camera inspection and that the drainage system was working well and wrote this on the invoice which I paid. I discovered much to my surprise a couples of months later that the system was 100% blocked with solid clay deposits and tree roots. Some of this discovery was made by other Miles Plumbing technicians who were sent out to review the situation! I would not have purchased the property if I had known the system was not functioning. I approached them and Steve admitted they had not conducted the camera inspection but they refused to help with the over $20,000 of unanticipated repairs (and yes, I have invoices).  For some reason, Miles continues to deny they are at any fault in this situation and it is important for anyone out there who are considering hiring Miles to do drainage system inspections, this company is negligent. Furthermore, I completely predict that Miles will read this review and then post a response trying to discredit me or indicate that the system was fine, or make other denial-based-comments.  But from what I can see from the various review websites, the complaints are starting to pile up on them now and all of us who are brave enough to come forward can't all be wrong.  Time to own up to your mistakes Mr. Miles.

Absolutely terrible plumbing company!!  STAY AWAY!  They came to my house, broke my plumbing more than they fixed it, refused to tell me what they actually did (literally told me "can't tell you, plumber's secret" when asked what they did) and then sent me to a collections agency because I didn't want to pay the bill until they explained what the plumber did to my house!!!  I also called them several times to try to understand what it was they did, so that I could feel like I was okay with paying the bill and they always told me they would find out what the plumber actually did and call me back, but they NEVER once did!  You know they are a terrible company when they can't even give you the most basic information such as what the plumber did to YOUR HOUSE!
