From the Veterinarians to the Vet Techs, the staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. We recently adopted our dog a month ago and have since begun taking him to Mill Brook. The staff were able to answer most of questions as well as able to refer us to specialists. We look forward to the quality care that Mill Brook Animal Clinic is known for in the years to come.

Super rude front desk. I've never been to this vet before -- I called because my hearty indoor cat started coughing and I wanted to see if it was a big enough issue to schedule an appointment. I was told over 4 times that "only current patients" can get medical advice and since I "was not a current patient", they couldn't do anything for me. I was also told that they needed to have my old vet fax over records in order to "become a patient", which I doubt the old vet even still has. It's like they were making the vet's office an exclusive club, which I totally don't get, and even told them so. Unfriendly, unhelpful, wouldn't trust them with my cat, won't get my business.

I have been going to Mill Brook Animal Clinic for 12 years. I even moved to NH 7 years ago and still drive to Arlington to see Dr. Fallon. My dog(s) receive the best care there and I know I can always call whenever I have any questions or concerns with the health of my animals. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating.

Dr. Fallon and the whole team are passionate about what they do and it shows! They are on my top 5 of vet referrals to my clients.
