Story

Opening late Spring 2018! Gateway to the Smokies RV Park & Campground is on the quiet side of the Parkway in the heart of Pigeon Forge, one right hand turn onto the spur takes you to the Smoky Mountain by-pass and you are at the Sugarland Visitor Center. The campground can accommodate tents to large RV's with spacious full-hookup campsites, 30 / 50 Amp service with both pull through and back-in sites.

My husband and I love coming pigeon forge. And we normally stay in a hotel. That after staying at the Mill Creek Resort on 8/5/2017. We will no longer be staying at any hotels. The management was wonderful. Ms. Pat and her husband are very nice people. And did everything possible to make us feel at home. Anyone that stays in the little cabin / trailer homes. Your in for a treat. It like home away from home. And that's what my husband and I loved about it. Absolutely perfect!!! See you soon Ms. Pat... Sincerely Mary Jane & Jeffrey York

I always say to new people who are looking for a campground GO to MILL CREEK RESORT they're the best!!!! 👼And you are the best place to live in!!! - Sunny Noll your for ever friend!👼 Its the least I can do for you since you were good to me. If I may say this to you I really MISS MILL CREEK A LOT! And I wish I could come back. To me MILL CREEK IS home to me & it'll always will be home to me . Where I'm at we're NOT allowed to have any friends at all. No I'm not kidding. If I was allowed to come back you would see a different Sunny Noll. Yes I'll keep sending people to MILL CREEK!!! Too crowded. Noisy. Its like a camper subdivision. Staff is very nice and willing to do anything for u. People friendly

This park was very clean and well run, however, it wasn't as rustic as we like to visit. The spaces were really too small to even have a campfire and they didn't have charcoal grills. Other than those two things, its a beautiful place just right off the main parkway in Pigeon Forge.

The campground. was very nice and clean. Rates were very reasonable. The staff were very nice until we had (apparently) a miscommunication, then they changed. They didn't say anything ugly, and neither did I, but upon checking me out, they didn't speak more than the "may I help you", to us. I said I needed to check out and gave them my unit number and there were no other words spoken. I felt like that was not good business. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay, but I won't go back to Mill Creek. I feel like they acted in a very non-professional manner.
