Yes, it's an older park but very quiet and now well maintained and very quiet at night. You want the stuffy nose in the air parks this isn't for you. ( Disney has plenty of those so you'll fit right in) Friendly and home town crowd is what you'll find here. Clubhouse is nice and the pool is refreshing. Come where you're among friends and a quiet atmosphere. The park has been spending a lot of money on upgrades and making the park much nicer. Many concrete pads and drives now. It's worth checking into for stays of a day, week, month, or permanently.

Absolutely horrible! The rented trailer smelled like dog urine in all of the upholstery and no matter how much it was cleaned the smell wouldnt go away. They claim to be helpful and family friendly yet had a neighbor arrested for a simple disturbance and then evicted within 24 hours! Left a family with 3 small children on the streets and have yet to return the money that was paid to them for the month! NOTHING BUT WHITE TRAILER TRASH HERE I AM WARNING YOU DO NOT COME HERE THEY WILL SWEET TALK YOU THEN EAT YOU ALIVE LIKE SHARKS!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING OTHER THAN YOUR MONEY.

Only thing I'd change is maybe having a gate so that people who don't belong here can't get in, having the older and not so pretty looking RV/trailers moved to the back or being told to keep them looking nice. Other wise it's great here very quite, and everyone is so friendly.
