Ordered lasanga, came cold with no utensils. Meatball sub was in a pita and spilled every where, fries that came with it were cold. Drinks were warm. The 50 minute time frame was over an hour. Called the and they said a manager would call us back. Heard nothing.

It took them over 1 hour to deliver the food, I ordered Greek salad from this place and got rancid lettuce, no peppers, no pita chips , no cucumber but the worst part was when I called this place to express my concerns I was met with the most disrespectful employee .  The employee told me "Look closer and you'll find what you're missing" he all but called me a liar and hung up on me. In all my travels I have never encountered such disrespect from someone in the service industry. The two burgers, fries and fried mushrooms were cold. Along the four sodas and water ordered we're not cold it was like they were taken out of the box or package they are purchased in and put into the plastic bag and delivered, which is very disappointing for a business that cost an average of over $40 for a delivery to hotel rooms that are very short distance away.

We ordered from our room at 7:30pm for delivery. The menu says allow 45 min. By 9:00pm we called to find out why it was taking so long. They just said it was on the way and offered us $15 off. By 9:30pm it was delivered cold. It took 2 hours for delivery. This company has terrible customer service and food. I don't recommend this company at all.

Stromboli was amazing!! Ordered for pickup and it was ready in 20 mins. Delicious marinara sauce to go with the Stromboli. We ordered pepperoni, onion and Basil on the Stromboli. Will be back for sure!

Where to begin..... I ordered a 21 dollar special to my hotel room that came out to 31$  somehow. Pizza gets here reasonably on time but the driver gives back 4$ less in change than he should and gets an extra 5 before I could realize he tipped himself already. The pizza.....GOD AWFUL. I've made better pizza at home. The bread sticks we're ok. Sheisty service and awful food.
