Millbrook offers a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom loft-style apartments. Additionally, 5 unique artist only live/work spaces will be available to rent. Select apartments have dens and/or outdoor spaces. All apartments share a unique expression of exposed concrete columns or floors. At its heart, Millbrook reflects creative living derived from the adaptive reuse of a century-old cold storage building remade for your new home.

Millbrook sits firmly in Somerville only a stone’s throw away from Cambridge. Walk to Lechmere Station in 10 minutes or Kendall in 15. Get groceries next door or go shopping at the mall just down the street. Enjoy craft beer around the corner or tacos a block away.
