Haven’t had a negative experience here so far. I find the prices to be reasonable and the service to be timely. The restrooms are always clean and the staff has been great. So far this last visit I had an Olympian wrap ( comes with home fries) , my favorite so far. I also had the apple cinnamon French toast and it was great. The toast was not greasy or too soft. Everything was great. Parking is also usually not a problem.

Uncomfortable seats. Sat in a both where every time the person behind me moved, that person pushed me forward into my food. My friend ordered tuna salad on rye, which she said was delicious. It was freezing out so i ordered matzoh ball soup and a Cobb salad with chicken. The broth was nice, but the matzoh ball was tasteless. For the salad i asked that they leave out the crumbled blue cheese (I'm allergic). My salad arrived covered in blue cheese. Luckily the chunks of cheese were very large and I could brush them aside. The waitress offered me balsamic vinegar for my salad. I was confused because every Cobb salad I'd ever eaten before was incredibly moist and had no need for dressing. After my plate was brought out, I understood the need for the dressing. It was incredibly dry. I had to use the broth from my matzoh ball soup to reconstitute the chicken. I'm thinking my experience was not the norm as it was very crowded and my friend had gone a number there of times in the past and never had a problem. I would just avoid the Cobb salad and matzoh ball soup.

Food was so so/below average. Service was very friendly, especially with kids, but we went during our servers break and no one was covering, waited 10 plus minutes to ask for water/coffee/napkins. Asked for a burger medium, came out well done and the grill marks were more burnt than grilled. Brisket was not very flavorful, but since it came in at jus, it wasn't dry. Kids menu was extensive and the pasta was actually good. Would go back but only in a pinch/if it's the only late night option.

In the past I have always enjoyed their food and service. I went last night and unfortunately the service was awful and the food was worst. We ordered salmon and pork chops, The food was cold, meat was dry and burnt and the baked potato didn’t taste fresh. The only enjoyable part of this meal was the coffee. We had to beg for water, waitress never came back to check the table. Very disappointed.
