Enjoy delicious new takes on retro-classic dishes in our dramatic bi-level space, which features a 30-foot bar, comfortable lounge seats, and various dining settings.

At MoonShine, seasonal specialty cocktails rule, both original creations and updates on classics. Prefer beer? Try one of 30 selections by the bottle or 20 on draft. If wine suits you, we offer 50 wines by the glass in 3- or 6-oz. pours, along with another 50 bottles from our Reserve List.

I wanted more noodles for my second dish but it still came out on top. Definitely a great place to end up going for one meal then spending your night here. I missed 2 buses because of awesome the service and food sat in my stomach. This was recommended so I'm doing the same. MAKE WAYS TO THIS PLACE, I came on a rainy day and I got packed. Very easy to assume this to be the place for summer brunches or night caps.

Unassuming hidden gem. Service impeccable and attentive despite restaurant very busy for brunch. Food was delicious and menu was inventive, but not overly so. Brunch prix fixe a good deal.

MoonShine Modern Supper Club is a beautiful modern restaurant with excellent American food. Located on Main Street in Millburn, which seems less like the main street, than Millburn Ave, it can be difficult to see though it does occupy one building and two storefronts. A balcony covers their awning and logo which doesn’t help. During the day only metered street or lot parking is available, and at night the lot around the corner is free for customers. The inside is dark and modern with plenty of black, dark wood, and strategic lighting which gives a surprisingly comfortable and private feel despite the crowded space. Upstairs has additional seating with and outdoor smoking area with propane heaters. They host occasional events and have DJ’s on the weekend, so it is best to make reservations. The servers are always punctual, extremely friendly, and knowledgeable whether discussing the food or drinks. The food is also delicious, thought we typically stop at small plates. The Fungi Fontina Pizza and Truffle Gnocchi and Meatballs are both excellent. A lot of places do not excel at different varieties of drinks, but Moonshine does. Typically there is a large beer or wine selection and the drinks miss out, or vice versa. Here all are covered. The prices are also pretty reasonable with most appetizers around 10 and entrees around 20. Beverages vary, but are within the norm at 6-8 for craft beer and 12 for a crafted drink. It’s a shame Moonshine isn’t closer or we would be there more often. The staff, food, drinks, and ambiance make an amazing experience.
