I've had auto insurance through Miller-Hanover for probably 15+ years. In the past five years I feel like I'm constantly calling with requests and have always been made to feel like a valued customer. We've made multiple changes to our policy, adding and taking off vehicles, adding new drivers, new RV, bundled home insurance, etc. Joan Weaver has always helped us to find the policy that was right for our needs at an affordable cost and taken the time to explain them to us. I've also used the tag and title service and have always gotten very friendly and efficient service. I would definitely recommend Miller Hanover!

Miller Hanover has handled my insurance for many many years.  They have had all of my children as well.  There have been house claims as well as car claims.  They have handled these claims quickly and fairly every time.  They made the process so much easier than it could have been.  Joan Weaver has been my agent the whole time.  She is fantastic and goes above and beyond what a typical agent would do.  I feel very lucky to have found Joan and Miller Hanover.  I've used other agencies prior to moving to the area almost three decades ago.  This is by far the best service I have received.  They are like family!  Thanks Miller Hanover and Joan Weaver!

Miller-Hanover Insurance Agency is the best in the business.  When we switched everything over to them (auto, home, etc.), we were not only able to get a better rate but also top-notch customer service.  Cristi is awesome to work with.  She always makes sure that we have the best rate possible and provides answers to all of our questions in a timely manner.  I am so glad that we made the switch to Miller-Hanover Insurance!

Our agent Jayne Mann is the BEST!! She is always easy to work with and is very helpful. She is very knowledgeable regarding our auto and homeowners policies and whenever our policy's are close to renewing she calls if she can get us a better deal. She recently helped us get insurance for an additional vehicle. My husband and I highly recommend Jayne at Miller-Hanover in New Oxford.

Joan Weaver is a terrific agent! Not only is she friendly, she's very knowledgeable in the different aspects of insurance and was able to help me get the same or better coverage at a lower cost, for both auto and homeowners. She's also very responsive to calls and emails, and willing to answer any questions I might have. I highly recommend her and Miller-Hanover Insurance.
