Called them to do a sewer camera inspection and was told MULTIPLE times "we'll call you back" which NEVER happened. Glad to know that their business is lucrative enough to just blow customers off. Would not recommend them at all!!

If it was ever possible to have a Phd in plumbing, Eric Miller has one.  His attention to detail and knowledge,regarding cutting-edge technology (involving combi-boilers) is impressive.   He and his crew, very polite folks, tore out our ancient boiler and installed a modern combi-boiler.  It's new, it's sleek and takes up virtually no floor space in our basement.  Our boiler experience is like this:  It's like we had a Model T jalopy; which is now replaced by a ferrari race car.   He is an honest and dependable professional.  In essence, he knows what he is doing, plus he is a decent human being.
      Wanted to give an update, we called Eric back to install a water softener, and once again--- Thank you Eric !  Your plumbing company is the best!  I will continue to recommend you whenever I can.  We love our new water softener which you just installed in May of 2018!  As usual, I found the whole process, from scheduling and (then through a round of Q&A from my husband and you) ---was handled easily and professionally. We will keep in touch!

Would not come to home with no heat because I rent. Need approval from landlord first. Due to holiday, landlord is unavailable so I can't get service in a home with no heat and a small child. Called Admiral instead, no issues. 

I understand policies are there for a reason, but use some common sense.

I had a high end water heater and furnace installed by Miller.  I paid nearly ten grand between the two.  Their service was good as far as installation, however each year its always a hassle to schedule service.  This year, I can't at all.  They don't answer phones or check their website.  I have been calling since November 1st.  One time, someone called me back, told me they were very busy this year, and made a promise that even if they were late in servicing my equipment, they would still honor my warrantee in the future.  Nothing in writing.  That will be a promise easily ignored five years from now.  Also, the bulk of the warrantee is honored by the manufacturer, I doubt they will allow me the same exception.  Now, less than two years after installing a water heater and probably less than five since the furnace, their coverage will expire.  I know this has been a busy year for Miller, but being unresponsive 20% of the year, in the winter when you really need them, is unethical.  If you're going to take on the customers, you need to hire the staff.
