Cory and John did a great job snaking out our drains after the kitchen sink started overflowing. They explained the cause of the problem in detail and were patient in answering all questions I had. The info they provided definitely helped me understand the plumbing of my house better, leading to less confusion down the line. Also, they recommended a "Cleanout" piping project which would eliminate 4 or 5 bends and gave me a very reasonable quote, without any sales pressure. I am very happy with their work and the price point of their services. I will definitely work with them again in the future! Thanks guys!!

Cory #2667 came by after hours and helped with a repair I made that went wrong.  (3/4 inch supply line with 1/2 tee).  He made light work of something that would have taken me a few hours, and a few attempts to get right.  The quality of his work was top notch.  Cory was also very friendly, courteous, and professional.  He is clearly an expert, and did expert work...quickly and efficiently.

The technician, Dominic, that came to my house was on time and ready to go to work. He played with my two little dogs for a few minutes which to me, is a good sign. People that love animals are usually good people. I don't typically feel comfortable with strangers coming in my house, but Dominic's demeanor set me at ease. He quickly identified the problem with my commode and fixed it within minutes. After Dominic left, I looked at the bill and was surprised that the cost of his labor was so high, approximately  $250. I'm going to review the bill tomorrow and try to figure out what cost so much. As far as Dominic's.service is concerned, it was excellent.

Set up an appointment to have an estimate done on my main sewer line.  It involved replacing part of the line, snake and cam, and backfill with concrete.  Not a small job and it has been a major inconvienece so far.  Plumber was supposed to be there by 12... i called at 1215 to ensure I had the right day and was told they basically forgot and asked if I could reschedule...  assuming my money wasn't important enough l, I decided to go with a local plumber that cared.

The actual plumbing work was okay, but the service was completely terrible. Both times I have had to deal with this company, I was very unimpressed with their technicians and 24 hour service. 

The first time I used them, a technician was supposed to show up the night I called. Three hours later, I received a call that they would not be able to come that night. This was around 11 PM when they finally called. The next morning the technician came hours after he said he would and refused to talk to me about the repairs because I am not the houses owner. He wouldn't even tell me when he was going to come back to start the repairs. The repairs took forever and the pipes made loud noices after they finished. 

The second time, a technician was supposed to show up first in in the morning after doing a review of the issue the night before. I called the office multiple times and was redirected to the assigned technician's phone. Each time he either wouldn't pick up or would quickly say he would call right back. After many hours and attempts to get a status update, finally the technician picked up and told me he was not working that day, and he would call the office to send a different technician over. I waited 30 minutes and called the office. Of course the same technician was still assigned and no one was coming to help. The headaches just continued after that... 

I'm pretty confident I will not be using this company for plumbing services again.
