The store is very helpful.  I even call them with online orders as the customer service level is excellent. I live in a city that doesn't have a store, and the Winter Park store is always willing to meet my needs.   I especially appreciate Marina's helpfulness.

I can't afford much in this store, but I love their selection - it's a nice place to browse also and check out some different furniture options

Typically everything is super overpriced. Nothing spectacular except a couple coffee tables. While some of the chairs and tables were decent looking, I really saw nothing that caught my eye. I'd go spend half of the money for similar furniture at another store. Maybe if I had money pouring from my ears and I wanted to throw it in the trash, sure.

There are only a few stores in Winter Park that I find myself ducking into every time I walk down Park Avenue. Restoration Hardware is one of them.

I'm not a Pottery Barn fan. Though the concept is somewhat similar at Restoration Hardware, RH takes more of an architectural approach to design. Their stuff also does a great job picking up industrial textures in a comfortable way.

Items range from affordable gadgets and dust-collectors to ridiculously overpriced leather furniture pieces that look like they were attacked by cats.

Love their products. Furniture delivery is atrocious. Ordered a bed and 2 night stands. 1 night stand delivered twice before I got one that was not damaged. The other nightstand was delivered 4 times before I got one that was undamaged. I'm not talking about a ding either. These pieces were obviously damaged. One night stand was so damaged it didn't sit straight. The bed was "custom made" and took 3 months to arrive. Once it got to our home, it was pulled from the back of their delivery truck (which was 2 hours late with no phone call to lets us know) PARTIALLY wrapped in a moving blanket. This bed is made of sand colored Belgian linen.....had it been damaged or dirtied i would have had to wait another 3 months for another to be made. When we asked the delivery people why it wasn't wrapped, they replied angrily that if we didn't like it they could "put it back on the truck." The delivery people were typically significantly late 3 out of the 5 deliveries that we experienced, with no call to tell us that they were running behind. After many wasted Saturdays waiting for super expensive damaged furniture, they refunded our delivery fee.....very unapologetically I might add. I will never buy furniture from this company again. That being said....I love the bed and night stands.
