I went there on a Saturday morning, the day before Hurricane Irma was to pass through Winter Park. They were closed. There was a notice on their doors that said they were closed "for the safety of their employees". All around them, the grocery stores, the restaurants, the gas stations were open. Nobody else was closed. I went to Miller's Hardware Store. They were open. The foot traffic created a line 100 feet out the door, people waiting to get in. The auto traffic went for two blocks and was backed up into a major street. I find it pathetic that Home Depot was not open like everyone else. Saturday was the first opportunity many had to get in and find last minute supplies to shore up their homes. As a neighbor, Home Depot is certainly not a good or trusted one. Don't count on them in an emergency.

Way to go on being open even with minimal powerafter Irma! The employees were super helpful even while working in a warehouse with no AC. Well freaking done HD employees!

This was the best experience possible in my days of shopping at Home Depot. I often visited a diff. location. I turned away from H.D. for awhile. Yesterday I was pleasantly surprised at how warmly I was greeted, after passing the busy CS Counter, by a CSR working nearby. She stopped her proceedings and she confirmed that my item needed was availabile. Then had another helpful CSR "Steve" direct me to which isle my item was. Further still, Steve said the plumbing master CSR "Ralph" (?) would be waiting for me to assist me there. He did. It turned out this highly rated product was on clearance at at least one third less $. Awesome experience with this Led Road HOME DEPOT. Thank You All. HS Brier.
