These guys have my business as long as they are in business. I wouldn't do business with anyone else. They are quick and take care to pack things right. They get the job done!

I have used Terry Miller for every move.  And I preface my comment by saying I am very picky and it takes a lot to impress me. I did not use him as I was way in keller and I was just moving a block and I used the local firemen's advertised. It was the worst move ever as they sat around and would stay out in the truck and chit chat on my dime for 15 mins. At a time.
Terry is always there on my moves and his employees work hard and won't even barely stop for lunch which I gladly pay for and for their time as they worked so hard every minute.  They were so organized and had it down pat for ex. They would be putting the beds together immediately before so they could do mattresses and then do boxes in those rooms.  He taught me that you always want to keep a set of sheets clean and bring the with you so you had a place to sleep that night.  Best thug I've ever learned.  

 Terry has always been able to work me in on date needed.  He is always on time and I trust him with having my keys this Friday from Storage unit to my new house as I trust him with all my belongings.

With over 8 moves he and his crew (by the way in 12 years) have never changed. Same employees and I asked them why they have never left Terry and they say he is the best boss and has the moves done so that it is better for them.  He always helps with difficult items.  In fact I had a huge armoire that would not make the turn into my bedroom and I was insistent it had to come in as it matched my bedroom  set.  He undid the window and slid e thr armoire thru the window. They had about a half inch clearance so it took a steady hand.

Called wanting to set up an appointment to have 6 furniture items moved from Rockwall to Forney. They gave me a good price quote, so I shopped around and after getting several more quotes, called back to confirm. First, the woman answers the phone crying her eyes out. I understand she might be having a rough day, but have someone else take over the phones! She gives me who I assume is the owner's cell number, so I call him. He tells me that he would have to make a few calls to his boys, and he couldn't make any promises that he could get my items moved when needed. What a joke! If you don't have reliable employees, you should not be running a business in the first place. I shouldn't feel like an inconvenience when trying to give YOU business. I told him I would take my business elsewhere. Consumer beware!
