We quite often have our mail delivered to the wrong address. And when you go to the post office to question about it they get really pissy. Very bad customer service

Older lady flat out lied to me to get me to pay double to ship. I wanted to ship Parcel Select and she insisted I use Priority and printed out label and charged me. I then asked her why? she said Parcel Select was only available to businesses. I called her superior and he agreed I should have been able to ship cheaper, apologized and said basically - better luck next time. Why BS. no wonder this country is broken.

I had an appt today for a new passport it was a very smooth and easy transaction. I would definitely recommend this location and this isn't even my hometown

The more terrible federal office in the country, need be closed because all the time I am receiving wrong mails and lost many delivery packets , the last was one I order on line, I follow the tracking number that said was delivered last saturday at 11.28, was false, because I was on front of my yard. They never answer the phone or the voice mail is full.
