Didn't realize Chris was still with Penske, rented from him in 2008, was a phenomenal experience.

I used this location to rent my truck for a major move.  Everything about my move was stressful and tiring and I expected the rental to be one of the worst parts of it.

This was not the case.

In fact, Chris (the owner/operator) was by far the most helpful truck rental operator I have ever worked with.  Not only did he help me in getting everything sorted and scheduled, he even helped me when the operator at the other end struck me as untrustworthy and somewhat sleazy.   He is a very busy man and isn't always able to be in the office so I advice calling ahead, but that said, he does everything in his power to help you and (most importantly) is an HONEST individual.   Something I have come to respect greatly in the people I work with and pay.

If I am ever in the Dallas area again, I will go out of my way to patronize his establishment because I know I won't have to deal with any BS and he will work with me to accomplish my goals.
