I was assigned to one of your coaches through Greyhound.  I'd never been on a Miller transport, and God willing I never will again.  I left Columbus, Ohio Wed July 19 at 11:45 am.  The bus barely had fifteen people on it.  I was bringing my two nieces, 10 and 11, to visit family in Chicago.  They had never traveled this way before.  Our driver opened with a stern threat.  You will be quiet, there will be no debate, or I will have you removed and arrested.  What a terrible introduction for them.  So I tried to chat with them and calm them down.  We are also trying to minimize screen time so we sat and chatted at normal speaking volume.  We were IMMEDIATELY chastised by the driver.  Another great milestone for them.  I've spent the rest of the trip constantly having to shush them into a whisper.  And it wasn't just us. The driver would not permit anyone to converse at what anyone would consider a normal speaking volume.  This is totally unacceptable.  We are people, not cargo.  This if by far the worst experience I've ever had on an inter-city bus. I felt like a prisoner the entire way.  And I have nothing to do since I cannot sit and chat quietly with my nieces as I was looking forward to.  So I'll be reaching out to Greyhound to let them know how abysmally you've represented them.

Worked for Miller over 11 year's has it's up and down but all in all a great place to work

I would not even give them a 1. They r suppose to provide shuttle service to and from the Indianapolis State Fair. They r suppose to be ADA  equipped but they can't or will not transport me. They say they r not providing that service for the fair. Can you say discrimination. I will be filing a suite against them. They will learn you can't discriminate against handicapped people like that. Like I said I would give them a ZERO. Boycott this bus service if at all possible.

Miller is a good way to Travel and the drivers
are great!

Very clean and very neat! No filth and good internet services. And our  driver today was very nice. I'm not one to post reviews.
