We had a great experience with Chad and the team at Dondelinger in Baxter. It was close to closing time when we decided to purchase, and they stayed almost three hours late to take care of us. Very professional and courteous, knew the answers to all our questions. We would definitely buy another vehicle here.

Dj's crew in the sales and finance departments did a great job. My new Tahoe was delivered clean full of fuel and they even took the time to demonstrate all of the vehicles features to me. THey were a pleasure to work with. John Dotty

Larry & Edie would like to share our experience at Donlinger's Baxter on September 8th. We bought the 2018 Equinox. Ben did an excellent job meeting our expectations! Very professional and personal staff. Nice to meet Matt and the financial interaction was great and timely! Excellent sercive! We would recommend Donlinger's to our friends!

Always treated well every time we bring our vehicles in to be serviced. They do great work and explain everything that they find or need to do.

I drove up to the "quick lube" lane for an oil change and rotation (3rd in line in the right lane) I was told that the wait would be "up to an hour and a half...possibly a little bit longer". After an hour and 45 minutes, my car was second in line although the left lane had processed at least 6 vehicles. The job was finally completed after 2 hours and 45 minutes! I was then charged $69 but pointed out that they had an online special for $45. The guy was confused and got someone to help him ring up the correct price. I have been patiently waiting for the past two weeks for the customary email survey but nothing yet. Coincidence? Disappointed.
