The product is nice, but sadly they falsely advertise items online as available when they are really out of stock. Then they don't ship after you order them. They don't contact you either. I ordered a dress over a week ago, never heard anything. I contacted their customer care department and all they did was apologize and not offer any real information. They said their marketing department was checking on the dress in the stores. Again, They never got back to me. They are lacking in knowing what customer service should be. Totally unacceptable for a company that charges so much. It's also hard to shop in the stores. The sales staff watch you so closely because all they want is commission on a sale.

Pasting for Mary, since she is not social. Service was outstanding! If my size wasn't on the floor, they were more than happy to go get it from the back. Only nitpick is that some of the fall and winter styles from the website we're not available.

Love the designer, but the people at this particular store are extremely rude and condescending. I purchased a going out bag less than a year ago. I had only used it a few times before it broke. I called Milly and explained the situation, expecting them to be understanding and willing to fix my bag, but I received the exact opposite response. They proceeded to tell me my bag was over a year old and since it was a sale bag, there was nothing they could do about it. So I checked my banking statement and it had only been 9 months. Regardless if it is a sale bag or a full price bag, IT IS STILL A QUALITY ISSUE. Just because it was $50 off list price does not entitle them to no longer have to stand behind the quality of their products. I talked with the manager of store, Deb, and she too stood behind this policy. I would not take no for an answer because I knew there was something that could be done about it with enough persistence. Deb didn't even have the respect to call me back, she made a store employee do it even though it was her I had been talking with. She told me that they would be more than happy to send my broken bag back with a $25 gift card. Again, not the correct solution to the problem. So I finally took it upon myself to reach out to corporate. Unlike the store, everyone there was very polite and apologetic and agreed this should have never have happened. After speaking with a few people, they agreed to replace my bag. Honestly, I have had a similar issue at Tory Burch before and they took my bag back immediately and had no problem making the exchange. That's the way proper customer service should work. I received my bag, but they failed to send it in a duster bag even though I have returned my bag in it. I called, they took down my name and address, told me they would send me one, and three weeks later... still no duster bag. Just called again, spoke with another very rude employee and she told me she would call me back. Again, I took it upon myself to reach out to corporate (over something so little, ridiculous I know). They agreed, they bag should have been returned to me in the proper duster bag and that my new one will be shipped out first thing tomorrow. So, needless to say, Milly is a very fun designer with some awesome pieces. I will still most likely purchase pieces in the future, but I will never step foot in this particular store again. I recommend buying online or at another retailer who carries this brand.
