Very poor.  The travel agent talked me into purchasing insurance with the "medical" instead of regular insurance.  When I backed out of the trip, the airlines refused to reimburse me.  The agent had no idea what "medical" referred to, blaming it instead on the note the doctor wrote.  Now, I am out $3,300.00 and the agent states she is "sorry" and "there is nothing I can do for you."  She was not knowledgeable and I would not recommend this agent to any one.

Tthey rob me of 40$ when I was exchanging American $ to Canadian.I am very very angry and disappointed. If you need exchange money definitely don't go there!
