Booked a trip for two to Israel and cancelled because of the war going on there.  They charged $700 in agency refund fees just to log on a computer and click some buttons.

Ask for Claire Marcus. She figured out exactly what I wanted before I did! I booked with extremely short notice, and she didn't try to upsell me on anything. On the contrary, she gave me great advice on how to keep costs down and encouraged me to do things like using my reward points on flights and hotels. I called her a week before the trip she booked for me, and so far it's only my first night it's beyond perfect!

I was working with a referred agent by the name of Ruth Diamond. I would highly advise you not to use this company or her. She is very unprofessional and rude. I sent her my signed form to begin the process as well as a credit card for filing, and she told me she does not have time to book my honeymoon anymore. Now, she has my personal information, and she decided to back out after I sent her that information. The honeymoon is in December, and she told me on the phone that she has plenty of time. What a waste of time. Do not spend your time working with these people.

They don't provide the airline with your phone number so they could not contact me. Big trouble!!!

Terrible experience. I spoke to the marketing director about a partnership opportunity and before I finished telling her who I was, she spouted "I don't have time for you today" and hung up the phone.

Poor experience and rude people. The last message received from our client relationship manager was  "Your business is not worth me handling".No further comment needed.

Scammers. Be aware of these people.

Fantastic phenomenon agency.

I booked a stay and received confirmation, before a few days of my trip I received a cancellation from this establishment I paid more than $500 difference in another hotel because of the unprofessionalism of this establishment
